Tune in to learn cultural stories and Indian songs, western, hip-hop, classical. Cultural talk as well.

2:45pm-4:00pm- Noah Festenstein & James Jefferson: “Monday Madness Sports Talk”

Monday Madness Sports Talk with Noah and James bring variety into the world of sports. They tend to take things to a whole other perspective. In other words, recapping trending sports topics and issues is the main idea, but in the notorious mind of the two, there is more to just talking about sports.

12:00pm-2:00pm- Zach Carson & Trevor Balcer: “DJZJ”

Catch Zach Carson and Trevor Balcer every Tuesday on WHCM. Tune in to listen to the best of EDM, and don’t be surprised if they mix it up and play some different genres too. Everything is played from rap to pop to country. Don’t forget to tune in for this energetic and fun show! Only on WHCM

Harper College Mass Communications professor Brian Shelton and student producer Alfred Lim bring on Harper College faculty members to talk about Harper College and the guest themselves. Also playing some classical music.

2:30pm-3:30pm- Lunoni Mahdu, Nicole Kim, Nicole Bayne(Coco): “MIND FUNK”

A lifestyle and music podcast for young adults that goes in depth into the common college student experience and mindset. Every week will be full of triumphs and struggles through the art of storytelling, current events, game segments, advice giving, music and more. Without further explanation, light some candles, slip into something more comfortable, grab a pillow to bite into (to hold back your laughter, obviously), and prepare to get your mind funked.

4:00pm-6:00pm- Geneen Weaver: “The Listen up Show”

Harper College student, Geneen Weaver, plays some tunes, does thematic talk sessions, and much more, catch her every Wednesday evening.

7:15pm-8:00pm- Charlie Borta & Jake Hayes: “ChHawk Talk”

ChHawk Talk” is home to two sports fans that have spent their whole lives watching and playing all different kinds of sports. They use their experience and knowledge to form educated opinions and predictions for what is going on in the sports world today.


11:00am-12:00pm- Filip Zigic: “The Zayjack Radio Hour”

The “Zayjack Radio Hour” is a variety show in which Filip jokes about everything from worldwide geopolitical conflicts to what he had for breakfast that morning. He also takes live phone calls which often times leads to some wacky scenarios, and severe trauma.

12:00pm-1:00pm- Waad Osman: “Around the world from under your seat”

Each week Waad Osman chooses a Country to talk about as a topic. Her research produces a one hour informative radio session.

1:00pm-2:00pm- Isabella Van Stedum: “Anti-Matter”

Tune into “Anti-Matter” as Isabella has a new debate topic every week. You got your own opinions? Express them with “Anti-Matter”.

2:00pm-4:00pm- David Silverman: “Earth Stories on Synergy Media”

Earth Stories on Synergy Media is a weekly news and public affairs broadcast radio program and podcast. We cover issues across the spectrum of community, communications, science and sustainability. We are particularly interested in stories of solutions that connect the local to the global.

We broadcast on Harper College’s WHCM FM 88.3 in the greater Chicago metropolitan area and podcasts and streams to listeners worldwide. Check back soon as we post podcasts, notice of upcoming shows and opportunities to collaborate.

Ben Hirwa spits bars every Thursday 2:00-2:30. He has a very idealistic mind, and presents it through improvised rap. Basketball Talk also included!

3:00pm-4:00pm- Tim Gillogly: “In The Mix”

This is a show that brings you the hottest hip hop and old school music for all kinds of fans! Zach Salerno as the host of the show tells his views on music and responds to what the other guys have to say. With “JCG” bringing his 15 year talent of knowing wrestling to the table on air covering many wrestling companies for every kind of fan! With the last man on air “Myles Robertson”, he will be bringing you the news and weather!
